Change password

There’s no need to worry if you’ve forgotten your password, or if you need to change it for other security reasons. The following instructions will have your new password ready to go in no time.

Change Your Password

1. Go to your login screen.

2. Select "account settings".

3. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button on the right of your screen.

4. Enter your old password, and the password you'd like to change it to.

5. Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm.

Forgot password

1. Go to your login screen.

2. Click the "forgot password?" link beneath the login credentials field.

3. Enter the e-mail address connected to your Spotzi account and press SEND.

4. You will receive a password reset link via email.

5. Open the Spotzi password reset e-mail and click the link; you can also copy and paste this link directly into your web browser.

Don't see our password reset email in your inbox?
Please check your spam folder if you're having trouble locating our password reset email. There's a chance that this and similar emails will be flagged as "spam" until you mark Spotzi as a safe sender in your email preferences.

6. Enter your new password and click SEND to confirm.

7. You have now successfully changed your password!
