Online targeting with Spotzi helps you create targeted online retargeting campaigns based on offline visitor behavior. This way, you stay top-of-mind with customers who have visited your store before or have seen your billboard campaign.

Before you get started

When using online (re)targeting via Spotzi, we use hashed and anonymized mobile device IDs that can be integrated into platforms like Meta, Google Ads, DV360, etc. To establish this connection and use this targeting method, we are happy to assist you in setting up a secure and encrypted connection. Targeting and retargeting store visits

Retarget visitors to your store or competitive stores. With Spotzi, you can build audiences based on offline visitor behavior and use them to target (potential) customers. This is a powerful tool to stay top-of-mind with customers or reach customers interested in your products.

Drawing a Geofence

1. If you want to retarget visitors who have seen your store, billboard or out-of-home campaign, we first need to outline the area we want to analyze. This is called a geofence. You can do this by mapping your store or OOH locations on a blank map. However, we recommend having our specialists map these locations for you. They can not only map but also prepare the location for visitor tracking.

Before you can start tracking specific areas, our data specialists need to mark the area to be tracked (geofence). Once this is completed, you can request visitor reports for specific periods and times. For more information, please contact one of our sales representatives.

2. Once your locations are loaded and ready to use, you can easily start profiling your visitors. You can request a Visitor Profile by going to MY DASHBOARDS and clicking +REQUEST VISITOR PROFILE.

3. Give your dashboard a name, select a country, and choose the type of visitor profile you want to analyze. We have two types:

4. Select the period you want to examine and click REQUEST VISITOR PROFILE to generate your visitor profile. The processing time depends on the chosen period; larger periods require more data processing. You'll receive an email when your visitor profile is ready, accessible in MY DASHBOARDS.
